After running competitively throughout my school years in the Midwest, fitness modeling, bodybuilding, I attended UCLA as an Exercise Science major. I hold the following credentials and have been serving the wellness community for over 25 years: Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, NSCA CPT, AASDN Nutrition Specialist, Wellness Coach.

My long-standing commitment is to provide you with research-based education, cutting edge treatment therapies, and the highest-quality formulations available to help make the positive changes necessary for you to achieve complete and sustainable wellness.

I take a functional medicine approach utilizing the latest peer-reviewed scientific research to develop nutritional strategies. This process is unique, performance-based, and I use all natural/organic products to help get you reach your optimal level of and health and wellness!

Recognizing that each client is unique, I provide the necessary assessments and consultations to determine the best individualized program for each client. One of the most important components to my programs is the coaching that I provide to ensure that you keep on track.

I have with worked with the following special populations: athletes, post rehab, thyroid, pre-diabetic but also provide programs for the simple 1 week detox/cleanse to help keep your body functioning at top speed.

I have always had a passion for beauty, ever since I taught myself to braid hair on a stuffed doll of mine at just 7 years old. I eventually gathered quite the collection of girly makeup for teens and begged to apply makeup on all of my friends. My bedroom, closet doors, and bathroom were all completely covered with makeup advertisements out of magazines, which inspired me to go further with my passion for cosmetics.

I obtained my California Cosmetology License after attending Goldenwest College’s Cosmetology course in Huntington Beach. Immediately after school, I pursued several positions in salons throughout Newport Beach, alongside my position at an Ulta Beauty Retail Location as a Prestige Beauty Consultant.

Following the newest trends in Southern California, soon I discovered eyelash extensions. This new beauty trend very quickly took spotlight in the industry. (Of course I had to learn all about it and become certified, myself!) I attended several courses with Broadway Beauty Academy, covering all styles of eyelash extensions.

While pursuing my passion for beauty, I also didn’t fall too far behind my mother with her passion for health & wellness. I combined the knowledge that I gained from her, and working as the Head Technician at a weight-loss spa for over a year, to continue enhancing my education in an even vaster industry: Health & Beauty.

I have lived in Orange County, CA my entire life and continue to pursue my career here in all of Southern California. While we operate our business in North Orange County, I am also available to travel throughout Southern California.
